This exercise you can practice turning of the foot support and control your balance.

Stand with your right side next to a table, kitchenCounter. Place your right hand on the counter. Stand with weight on right foot with your left leg pressing against his right leg ? no weight on his left foot.

Stretch your left arm to the side and bend your elbows on a turn towards the right shoulder to create. Half a swing shift on the right foot. Place your left hand on the counter.

Now you're standing by the counter on the left. Your weight is pressed on the left foot with your right leg against theleft leg ? no weight on the right foot

Stretch your right arm to the side and bend your elbows on a turn towards the left shoulder to create. Half a rotating shift to the left foot. Place your right hand on the counter.

Now you are (as we were earlier this year) standing by the counter on the right side.

Repeat the exercise several times to the same look straight ahead when you have finished your train.

As you get more skilled, you can practiceMeters from the bar and focus more on the budget and the support column. Try increasing the amount of turn 3 / 4 of a turn and then a revolution.

When you reach the curve 1 right in your exercises, you should familiarize yourself with legs apart and weight on the right foot ? to create a stronger swing with the left arm spin as one full turn to the right. Step sideways with your left foot (shoulder-width apart at the end of the train). Look straight ahead as you turn around and startAt the end of the train.

Happy dance
